A few matts here and there are quite normal and to be expected on many dog breeds, therefore some minor matting should not pose a problem.
However, if your dog is an extreme case then a little extra TLC will be required – but don’t panic, you will be contacted prior to any further action being taken as well as to obtain your agreement to any additional costs, should they be applicable.
